I always thought it was some kind of fraud. You must pay a fee, they manage to get in their stores that offer a sweet treat to know you will be working at a gain or pay anything. But honestly, I do not know.
they are a member of the BBB, so you first check with your state / local BBB to ask where you shop. I checked a place for me and are in good condition.
